Yesterday was our first weigh in day, and I say bullshit.

I've tried to eat healthy many times in the past but never stuck to it for more than a day or two, I get cravings and I give into them, this time was different. I stuck to this shit like white on rice, I ate what I was supposed to eat didn't snack on bad stuff, I even drank the required 8 cups of water a day and I hate water. The result? I lost a whole whopping 0.7lbs. Wow. My brother in law on the other hand, who other than having to eat a healthy dinner cause Kiki's sister is doing this as well lost 5lbs. So the guy who drinks 2-3 cans of coke a day, eats chips, chocolate bars and snack cakes on a daily basis lost more than me. Fucking wonderful.


  1. I hope this does not totally discourage you :( I think you will see results eventually, hopefully soon. Did you weigh yourself first thing in the AM?

  2. I'm not discouraged,just annoyed, I'll be back with a vengance this week. We weigh in at night after the kiddies are in bed, it was at the same time as the previous week.
